Financial accountability

ACE Learning is responsible for the effective management of public funding across Furley Park Primary Academy and Hamstreet Primary Academy. The Board of Trustees provides oversight of financial performance, resource allocation and the Trust’s financial responsibilities.

As a multi-academy trust, we prepare annual accounts which are independently audited and published in accordance with the requirements of the Department for Education.

Annual Reports and Audited Accounts

Our annual reports and audited accounts provide information about the Trust’s financial position, income, expenditure, governance and use of public funds.

Financial disclosures

Academy trusts publish additional financial information to support transparency and accountability in the use of public funding.

Executive pay disclosure

Academy trusts are required to publish information about employees whose total remuneration and benefits exceed £100,000, presented in £10,000 bands.

Our published Executive Pay Report provides remuneration information for the financial years 2021–22 to 2024–25. Figures for 2024–25 are identified in the report as anticipated rather than final.

Distribution of funding

ACE Learning receives funding to support the education and operation of its academies. The Trust is responsible for determining how resources are distributed across its schools.
