Vision Statement
As a Trust we value the success of every child and we place the sharing of excellent education practice at the core of this endeavour. We offer a rich, broad and balanced curriculum which provides pupils with first-class, exciting and creative experiences. We aim to develop thoughtful and responsible young people with high self-esteem and with the motivation, skills and knowledge to succeed in life.
As a Trust we are committed to maintaining our core principles and focus as we grow, looking at what other schools can bring to the Trust as well as working with schools where we believe we can support and which in turn can enrich and provide real benefit for the existing ACE family.
We believe that children achieve most through learning in an environment that has clear expectations, consistent boundaries of what is acceptable and not acceptable behaviour and we work with children and their parents or carers to achieve this. We also believe that school must be enjoyable in order to get the most from all who attend. We actively promote the involvement of the local community within ACE Learning schools and believe that our provision should be at the heart of the community we serve. While the Trust has robust policies and procedures in place we will also ensure that any school joining the Trust preserves its own distinct identity, taking the needs of the local com-munity into consideration and promoting cohesion within the local community.
